Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.
Because access to digital products is provided immediately after purchase, digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the purchase has been completed.

Supplier Business Assessment
Clients may request cancellation of the Supplier Business Assessment before:
- The completed assessment has been submitted; and
- Supporting business documents have been provided.
Once the required information and documentation have been received and the assessment process has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
