Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.
This applies to digital resources including:
- Supplier Document Checklist
- Supplier Self-Assessment
- Supplier Ready Starter Kit
- Business Finance & Operations Workbook
- Private Sector Supplier Playbook
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or made available for download, it is not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and selecting the appropriate product before purchase.
Supplier Business Assessment
Refund requests for the Supplier Business Assessment may only be considered if:
- The assessment questionnaire has not yet been completed and submitted; and
- Supporting documentation has not yet been provided.
Once the required information and documentation have been received and the assessment process has started, the service is considered to have commenced and is therefore non-refundable.
The assessment is based on the information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and complete.
