Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or made available for download, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

This applies to all digital products sold by Phiwe Office Solutions, including guides, checklists, workbooks, playbooks, assessments, and other downloadable resources.

Supplier Business Assessment

You may request cancellation of your Supplier Business Assessment before submitting your completed assessment and supporting documents.

If your request is received before any work has commenced, you will receive a 90% refund, with 10% retained to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Once your completed assessment and supporting documents have been submitted, the assessment process is considered to have commenced. As work has begun, the service is non-refundable, and no returns, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.

Incorrect Purchases
